EVENT INFORMATION

Rug up! Vibe out!
Bus Transport
Pick up address: Queenstown Primary School, 20 Robins Road.
Pick up schedule: Buses start to depart at 2:30pm with last bus departing at 7pm.
Prior to that, bus pass guests can get on buses from 8am – 12pm departing from the Snow Centre. This means you can ski or board all day and right down to the gate. Is this all a dream?
Note: No buses running between 12:30pm and 2:30pm.
Ticket Holder Info
GA TICKET HOLDERS:
Shuttles to the base building start from 3pm.
Drop off and event parking will be at Carpark 7 with a 3 minute shuttle ride to the top.
EVERYONE:
Ensure you get your ticket scanned in exchange for a wristband at our main transport hubs - Bus pass holders at Queenstown Primary School or self drive/drop off up at Carpark 7.
If you are already at Coronet Peak during the day, see Guest Services on the basement level of the main building.
If you drove up during the day and you're leaving a car in the Coronet Peak carpark overnight, it needs to be moved to Carpark 7 - shuttles will be running from 3pm.
AFTER THE EVENT:
BUSES: Event buses will start filling up from 9pm at the Coronet Peak base building heading back to town.
SELF DRIVERS OR DROP OFF: NZSki shuttles will take you to Carpark 7 & the pick up zone will run all evening from Carpark 1
No passouts at the event.

Costumes
Use your imagination - but remember these two important rules:
No high visibility Work Clothing (Since Event Staff use this).
Remember, it’s cold. So bring a jacket/jersey when the temp drops.
